What is the Intensive Study method?
For some people Distance Learning alone is just too lonely and difficult, but they still don’t want to attend college on an evening class basis.
The Intensive Study Days route will provide you with two days per module of intensive tuition at our premises 12 miles from Lincoln.
Only small groups, no more than 6-8, are enrolled to ensure personal contact.
During these days you will be given:
- Key note lectures on the main topics for
the relevant module;
- Detailed instruction on the preparation and presentation of your assignments including the way in which you should provide full proper referencing for your work.
You will also of course have the opportunity to meet other marketing professionals who are at a similar stage in their careers to you.
How many days are provided?
A total of eight in all. That is two days per module. Generally these days will be:
- One at the start of each module
- One half way through each module
The fee will include tea and coffee and a sandwich
and fruit lunch. |

What other support will you get?
In addition to the eight study days you will also be supported in your assignment/ examination preparation as a Distance Learning student… so everything that you read above about Distance Learning will apply to you too.
Extra personal tutorials are also bookable at £25 per half hour should you wish to have one to one contact with your tutor.
Do we provide accommodation?
No but there is a very pleasant, high quality (4 star) Bed and Breakfast in the village…. just five minutes around the corner from MET. They will certainly make you very welcome there.
